THE TEACHERS

Matt Zimmer is a serial entrepreneur from Newport Beach, CA. After receiving his BSE and MSE from the University of Michigan, he moved to California as Director of Project Management at Niagara Bottling. He launched his entrepreneurial career by founding StackTek (stacktek.com), an innovative single-serve wine packaging company, in 2010 followed by Spiffy Technology Inc in 2016. He is currently CEO at Novvum (novvum.io), a software venture studio located in Irvine, CA.

Matthew Evilsizor is a serial entrepreneur and communications consultant residing in Newport Beach, CA. His fingerprints are on countless pitches and presentations in addition to emceeing for hundreds of events, corporations, and demographics; from virtual conferences to live multi-national events, NCAA basketball games, to the Discovery network. Matt believes self-observation, active listening, empathy, and warmth create successful communication and strong business leaders. As a seasoned stage actor, SAG film artist, active entrepreneur, and (retired) professional dancer, Matthew helps clients bring composure, grace, authority, charisma, and professional polish to their presentations and gravity and gravitas to their ideas, whether live or virtual.

The Matts were brought together through active engagement in the Orange County, California Tech, and entrepreneurship scene. They became fast friends sharing the same heart for startups, tenacity for life, belief in the entrepreneurial spirit, and grit to excel.
